Review: Origins Drink Up- Intensive Overnight Mask

This next product is one that has been on my wish list for quite some time. So, when I received it as a gift this past Christmas I was beyond excited.

The Origins Drink up- Intensive Overnight mask to quench skin’s thirst (100ml $34AU) has been a skin care product that gets quite a lot of talk in the beauty world. The mask is the consistency of a thick moisturiser that is designed to be applied and slept in overnight, revealing more plumped skin once soaked in.

The ingredients prove to be healthy for the skin, including Hyaluronic Acid, avocado, apricot and mango oils. These ingredients giving the product a lovely, almost fruity fragrance that repair and benefit the hydration of skin.

On application, you can feel that the formulation is quite rich and creamy, which instantly relieves dry skin. For me, I will need to further test this product over the Autumn and Winter time as it has been quite hot this Summer, its a bit heavy for my skin this time of year. Although, don’t let this scare you off, product reviews do explore this mask working well for both dry and oily skin types, as oily skin does still need moisture.

The amount of product in the tube, the ingredients and the overall consistency of this mask is definitely worth the extra few dollars more than department or drugstore facial masks. Overall, I can’t wait to keep testing this one out over the next few months.
